Canon release the EOS 5D Mk11 as a 21 Megapixel 1080p video shooting beast. MPEG4 HD sounds OK in theory but there are some questions about its’ use.

RED continue talk on their forums about an imminent new camera. They are calling it a DSMC (Digital Still & Motion Camera). We ponder the ramifications.
