We are on a mission this week to study ways in which old photographers can reinvent themselves and become less likely to be put on the scrap heap. At least avoid the $2 photoshoot.

What makes a good image for the professional in various areas of the business.

Cameron Stephen of The Plastic lens gets online to talk about his adventures on the road with a bunch of cameras and an iPhone. He impressed with an image of Kantju Gorge Uluru.

He mentions 3G speed using Optus connection and an application called Beatmaker for the iPhone.

3G speeds on the iPhone may be in part due to carrier and signal strength.
