Apple release Aperture 2, a totally rebuilt application that now is a lot quicker to edit RAW, tethered shooting, background export, DNG support and an API for image editing plugins. Thanks to Aperture Professional for the review.
Drobo gets some bad reviews and we discuss the network requirements of Big Trousers. We decide on the Netgear Ready NAS unit for better speed and X Raid technolgy.
Cameron mentions Tiversity, an application that re-encodes video on the fly from DivX to Windows media for playback on a device that includes XBox360.
Blue Ray wins as Netflix phase out HD DVD.
